SR192A Development System
The SR192A Development System is an integrated
"project" oriented software system allowing complete programming of
the SR192A's timing, table, and sequencing functions.
The SR192A Development System can be used
standalone or interactively with the SR192A. The timing portion has
"wizards" to generate timing set templates based on the installed
timing modules and the desired data rate. The table portion uses signal UUT
names in its underlying processing so pin or group reassignments will not
affect previously generated table or group data or timing values. The sequence
portion supports conditional jumping, subroutines, looping, etc.
The SR192A Development System also has built-in
table data import export utilities for simple hex and IEEE STD 1364-1995 Value
Change Dump (VCD). Most Computer Aided Design (CAD) software simulation
and test bench tools generate and import VCD files thereby providing a bridge
between design and test.
Interactive debug features include the ability
to graphically modify, execute and evaluate the test results. Measured
signal miscompares with expected values are highlighted on the graphical table
display.
Programs developed with the SR192A Development
System easily integrate into a wide range of application development
environments (ADE) such as NI/CVI, NI/LabView, MSC++, VB, Agilent-VEE, etc.
